.....?

I'm at loss now. To tell my boss or not to tell? Or maybe to tell someone else but it will be like telling only and no action to be taken...I just couldn't quit my job becoz of him (not my boss)? But why doesn't he understand that we are "orang timur"..with values, respect...Men...sigh..
