The story of my flight tickets to KK
Yeah, blame it on facebook...sorry for not updating this blog..i was not that bz in da office but currently bz with KK trip that's gonna be in july. almost all the things is ready except flight. i've been monitoring air*sia website from time to time to get the best flight deals. i've been waiting in vain since the last 2-3 weeks. yeah, air*sia was having so many promo but the date that i want, 2nd july to 6th july are just sooooo degil to get economy promo. the total price is nearly 400 for return trip to KK. too pricey for us yg plan to reduce the cost to minimum nih. Kinabalu package alone cost us above 1k. so, we hope to get flight ticket around 200++. i hv almost given up and decide to just pay double the price that we budgeted since the date that we want just degil to hv cheap price. at last today, i search for the best deal one whole day. all the hard work paid off.
from the initial price of rm395, i got a deal for rm 244. great huh? thanks to sudden change in the price of air*sia tickets. at 530pm today, i was still in the office, checking the price and the only cheap ticket i got is the flight back from kk to kl. and that, with Kuching as transit. while direct flight gonna cost me rm 180, the flight from kk to kuching and kuching to kl is only rm108. better take the cheaper ones even tho it will take us longer time in the flight la kan...plus, we get to shop around kuching town....i loikeeee....
but still, the flight from kl to kk doesn't seem to reduce. since i booked for flight back from kk, my friend book for ticket to kk. i was kinda expected that the price is quite hi, but after comparison with M*S, M*S offer cheaper price, but the ticket is for 1st july, a day earlier from our date. but i guess it's ok la since it's M*S and cheaper than air*sia, so rare kan? but somehow, i didn't know why but there's an urge to check air*sia website one last time tonite and guess what, in bout an hour, the price has dropped. from rm199 to rm79..so, what did i do? screammmmm and call my friend to check whether she has booked the tickets to kk. luckily, she didn't do it yet..phewww..so, dapatla murah sket..total is rm244..i am soo relieved...
